Dr Uzman Ul-Haq is a dental surgeon with a special interest in dental implants and periodontics. He is a visiting implant dentist at various practices around the country, including The Link Dental Surgery. Dr Uzman is a clinical advisor to Titan Instruments, Designer of the WX Implant and Surgical instrument kit and is an approved mentor of the association of Dental Implantology (A.D.I). He is also an approved member of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists). We are very pleased to have Dr Uzman in our team and believe his broad knowledge and skillset have benefited many of our patients.

Congratulations to two of our trainee nurses (Koshala & Peter) who are overseas qualified dentists for successfully passing their recent examination. As a result, we now have a new trainee nurse, Jenni, at our practice. Welcome to the team Jenni – we hope you will be prepared to sit and complete your nursing exams very soon.

Every year The Link Dental Surgery donates to a number of charities – both local and national.
This year, we plan to donate to two different charities.
The first charity we are donating to this year is for The Brain Tumour Charity – a charity particularly close to our principal dentist Dr Asieh’s heart.
We would love for our patients to make suggestions for our 2nd charity. Therefore if there is a charity that is close to your heart that you would like The Link Dental Surgery to donate to, please let us know the details and we would be very happy to consider this. Please give any details of your chosen charity to Jo on reception. We will consider all charities and if yours is not picked for this year, we will keep hold of your details for future donations.
Our principal dentist at The Link Dental Surgery recently suffered a close family bereavement which led to childcare issues.
Unfortunately, in August and continuing throughout September we had to reschedule several patient check-ups and treatment appointments. We wanted to apologise for these disruptions and express how very grateful we are for the understanding you have shown to us during this difficult time.
