The Myobrace® system addresses myofunctional or oral habits, such as breathing and swallowing techniques and resting of the tongue against the roof of the mouth. The patient wears a series of oral appliances overnight as well as for 1-2 hours in the daytime. The treatment involves habit correction, arch development, dental alignment, and retention.
